Technical Sales Specialist - Environmental

About the Role:
A leading innovator in research instrumentation is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth in environmental solutions. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen, focusing on full-cycle sales, technical consultations, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
* Deliver expert technical consultations, product demonstrations, and seminars.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with academic and commercial research clients.
* Represent the brand at exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.
* Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
* BS/MS in Environmental Science, Plant Physiology, Biology, Environmental Physics, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in high-end capital equipment sales or technical sales support in a scientific setting.
* Strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
* Proven track record in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
* Valid driver's license; willing to travel.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Up to €80,000 per annum salary
* Excellent uncapped bonus scheme
* €900 per month car allowance
