What does the role involve?
Join our global team shaping the future of procurement at Hilti. As a Process Manager in Sourcing Excellence, you’ll play a crucial role in standardizing operations, driving strategic initiatives, and enabling digital transformation across Hilti’s global landscape.
What you'll do:
1. Drive and participate in cross-functional projects to elevate efficiency and process consistency
2. Define global frameworks, KPIs, and governance strategies that boost transparency
3. Collaborate with senior leadership to align roadmaps, milestones, and business goals
4. Champion automation, ERP enhancements, and implementation of procurement systems in close collaboration with IT
5. Evaluate and test new digital tools and platforms (., SAP Ariba) and contribute to their global rollout
6. Ensure successful system adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, and impactful communication
7. Bring a passion for digital innovation, supporting the integration of smart procurement solutions across the organization

What you need is:
17. Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
18. Experience in global process management, operational excellence, or project management roles
19. Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment
20. Strong IT affinity and a genuine interest in digital solutions, tools, and process automation
21. Practical experience with ERP and procurement systems, especially SAP (MM, WM, EWM), Ariba, SAP Business Network, Jira, Confluence, and low-code platforms is a strong plus
22. Ability to evaluate, pilot, and introduce new systems in collaboration with IT teams
23. Solid understanding of data structures, process automation, and system interfaces
