岗位职责:
Job Description
1. 负责德国属地及外派、出差员工的行政服务保障;
Responsible for administrative service support for local employees in Germany, as well as expatriate and business travel employees.
2. 结合公司管理制度及属地业务发展需求,优化、落地当地行政服务流程及服务标准;Optimize, implement, and localize administrative service processes and service standards based on the companys management policies and local business development needs.
3. 统筹德国办公室日常运营管理,包含内部会议组织、客户来访接待、办公用品管控、EHS 安全管理、快递收发、档案归档、物业对接、名片制作等日常事务;
Coordinate daily office operations and management in Germany, including internal meeting organization, client visit reception, office supplies control, EHS safety management, courier sending and receiving, archive filing, property management liaison, business card printing, and other routine tasks.
4. 主动对接内部业务团队,收集服务诉求,识别行政服务短板并持续优化;
Proactively engage with internal business teams, collect service requests, identify shortcomings in administrative services, and drive continuous improvement.
5. 负责行政类供应商开发、资源池搭建及日常维护,跟进当地行政费用审核、对账及付款;
Responsible for the development of administrative suppliers, establishment and maintenance of a supplier resource pool, and follow-up on local administrative expense review, reconciliation, and payment.
6. 负责当地公务车辆日常管理与台账;
Manage local company vehicles and maintain relevant records.
7. 负责当地行政类固定资产入库、盘点、台账维护及资产管理。
Responsible for the entry, inventory, record maintenance, and asset management of local administrative fixed assets.
任职要求:
Job Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历,行政管理、人力资源管理、文秘等相关专业优先;
Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Administrative Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
2. 具备 3 年及以上行政相关工作经验;
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in administration.
3. 具备优秀的沟通协调、倾听理解及书面表达能力,有基础数据分析能力;
Excellent communication, coordination, listening comprehension, and written expression skills; basic data analysis ability.
4. 工作严谨细致、逻辑思维清晰,善于主动思考并提出优化创新思路;
Meticulous and rigorous in work, with clear logical thinking; good at proactive thinking and proposing optimization and innovation ideas.
5. 责任心强、执行力突出,为人踏实敬业;
Strong sense of responsibility, outstanding execution, down‑to‑earth and dedicated.
6. 具备良好的英语和德语听说读写能力。
Proficient in both English and German (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
