**Sr. Fund Accountant Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Fund Accountant to join our dynamic and open-minded team of 20 professionals in a small and flexible Private Financial Service (PFS) provider.
Our PFS offers various services, including accounting, tax, and fund administration. Our partners are actively involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring prompt assistance and support when needed.
The office is conveniently located near the city center with easy access to public transport and amenities, such as shops and restaurants. The proximity to the Luxembourg railway station facilitates commuting by train or public transport.

**Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage all fund administration matters for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), primarily in Private Equity and Real Estate.
* Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) and accurately record transactions.
* Prepare financial statements and maintain funds' books.
* Liaise with other teams and third parties, such as auditors and banks.
* Handle BCL and CSSF reportings, and prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*
* 4-6 years of experience in fund accounting in a financial service provider (Big Four, Fiduciary, or PFS) in Luxembourg as a Fund Accountant, handling mainly AIFs.
* Fluency in English for business communications.
* In-depth knowledge of the Fund industry in Luxembourg, particularly in Private Equity and Real Estate.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree related to Finance or Accounting.
