Interim Project Lawyer | Energy Sector | Immediate Start
On behalf of a leading energy utility in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, we are looking for an experienced freelance Project Lawyer for an immediate start.
Key Details:
* Duration: 1 year
* Commitment: Full-time
Responsibilities:
* Contract management of framework agreements and associated individual arrangements (master agreements, site contracts, grid connection agreements etc.)
* Support in compiling, administering and managing a transaction-related data room
* Advice and support on property law matters (commercial lease/tenancy law, easements)
* Energy law expertise, particularly grid connection topics
* Supporting the implementation of publicly funded projects with a focus on correct use of funds
Profile:
* Fully qualified lawyer (2nd State Exam / Volljurist); Diplomjurist with equivalent experience also considered
* Experience in contract law, property law and/or energy law
* Experience with publicly funded projects an advantage
* Highly structured, conscientious and independently driven working style
* Quick comprehension and strong attention to detail
