* Technology Scouting: Monitor the market, assess new technologies, and integrate them into our frameworks.
* Documentation Professional: Create and review technical documentation.
* Business Mindset: Contribute to tenders, support with effort estimations, and maintain a focus on business responsibility.
* Communication Talent: Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, and foster collaboration within the team and across departments.
Your Profile:
* Strong Foundation: University degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical education.
* Experience Matters: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable role.
* Technology Expert: In-depth expertise in the design, implementation, operation, and optimization of complex IT systems, as well as strong knowledge in software architectures and cloud computing.
* Agile DNA: Extensive experience in agile project execution using Azure DevOps and Jira.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
* Communication Strength: Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
* Solution-Oriented: Structured and solution-oriented mindset, with an independent and proactive working style.
* Team Spirit: Strong ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility.
* Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (minimum level C1).
