NexDash is building Europe's first Neo-Carrier: electrified, AI-orchestrated, and soon autonomous.
We're now looking for a VP Sales & Strategic Partnerships to lead our commercial strategy — forging relationships with both OEMs (EV truck manufacturers, charging infrastructure players) and major shippers (Nestlé, Edeka, DHL, Intersnack, etc.).
Your responsibilities:
* Own and execute NexDash's commercial strategy
* Build and manage relationships with OEMs and leasing/financing partners to secure EV truck supply
* Develop partnerships with enterprise shippers (FMCG, retail, logistics) for long-term freight contracts
* Define and close deals that enable NexDash to scale our electrified fleet to thousands of trucks
* Work closely with the founder and leadership team to shape pricing models, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth
What we're looking for:
* Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, logistics, mobility or consumer electronics
* Strong network or ability to open doors at OEMs and enterprise shippers
* Fluent in German & English, excellent negotiation skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset: strategic but hands-on, can close the first 10 deals yourself
* Passionate about sustainability, clean mobility, and logistics innovation
