Your responsibilities
* Develop and execute global commodity strategies to ensure cost competitiveness, supply security, quality, and innovation
* Analyze global market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
* Build, manage, and optimize a global supplier base across all regions
* Lead global negotiations and establish framework agreements with key suppliers
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance stakeholders
* Monitor and report global commodity performance metrics (e.g. savings, risks, supplier performance)
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or commodity management with global exposure
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills
* Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
