Your tasks
9. Supplier management: You will be responsible for the comprehensive management, targeted development, and strategic advancement of our partners.
10. Risk management: You proactively identify and assess risks within the supply chain.
11. Quality assurance: You create precise quality requirements and ensure product and process quality directly on site.
12. Audits: They conduct supplier audits, initiate necessary corrective actions, and monitor their sustainable implementation.
13. Complaint management: You process complaints using common methods such as 8D, 5-Why and A3 .
14. Decision management: You create sound decision-making bases for the approval of new suppliers or components.
Your profile
15. Qualification: Successfully completed studies (automotive engineering, mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification as a technician.
16. Specialization: You have additional training as a welding engineer .
17. Experience: Initial professional experience in supplier development as well as completed auditor training including practical experience.
18. Methodological competence: Sound knowledge of the core tools (e.g. APQP ) as well as problem solving using 8D .
19. Languages: Excellent German and English skills for international communication.
20. Soft skills: You are characterized by high flexibility and a strong willingness to travel.
