In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established territory across Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Poland regions. You will nurture existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Leading a small team of Sales Engineers, you will ensure excellent customer support and successful delivery of tailored testing solutions across the region.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling high-value technical products-such as scientific instrumentation or materials testing systems-and a proven track record of success in field-based sales within technical sectors. You will also have experience of leading a team and have business fluency in both German and English.

The Role:
*Manage a sales team covering DACH & Poland territory, driving new business and growing existing accounts
*Sell a range of advanced materials testing systems to automotive, industrial, and academic customers
*Create and implement territory plans and tailored sales strategies
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions
*Maintain an accurate sales funnel and deliver monthly forecasts and business targets
The Person:
*Experience selling capital equipment or scientific instrumentation, ideally in the automotive or industrial sectors
*Proven track record of growing sales over a multi-year period as a field-based sales professional
*Engineering degree (Mechanical, Materials Science, or Automotive preferred) or relevant technical background
*Strong leadership experience of small teams
*Fluent in German and English, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
*Valid driving license
