* Lead, motivate, and further develop employees in the picking and shipping of pharmaceuticals (10 employees)
* Ensure implementation of GDP requirements in the in-house cold storage facility
* Plan and manage warehouse, picking, and shipping processes
* Continuously optimize workflows and processes
* Structured yet flexible personnel deployment planning
* Train and instruct employees
* Monitor key performance indicators
* Ensure workplace safety
Your profile
* Training and further education in logistics, transport, or a comparable qualification
* Experience in logistics processes and handling ERP systems
* Ability to inspire and lead team members to high levels of engagement
* Experience in GDP-regulated environments is desirable
* Organizational talent and willingness to actively participate in day-to-day operations
* Goal- and success-oriented, structured working style
* High awareness of safety and reliability
* Good German language skills, both written and spoken
