Senior Investment Manager - Onshore Wind, PV & BESS
Location: Munich
A well-established and fast-growing renewable energy business is strengthening their investment team. With a strong existing platform and ambitious growth targets, the business is looking to add a Senior Investment Manager who can take full ownership of transactions across the lifecycle.
The Role:
* Lead renewable energy transactions end-to-end from origination to closing, taking full ownership of delivery.
* Act as the key contact for developers and counterparties, representing the business in all discussions.
* Develop financial models, support NBO submissions, and assess project economics and risks.
* Manage full due diligence processes, coordinating advisors and challenging outputs.
* Lead commercial negotiations on key agreements such as SPAs and EPC contracts.
* Prepare investment materials and align internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
* Drive transactions through to financial close while managing multiple parallel workstreams.
* Support broader strategic topics and contribute across different stages of the deal lifecycle.
The ideal candidate:
* 4+ years of professional experience in renewable energy transactions
* Proven track record in transaction execution on the buy-side (IPP, investor, or similar)
* Experience managing or significantly contributing to full deal lifecycles
* Solid understanding of due diligence processes and transaction structuring
* Demonstrated ability to take ownership and lead transactions independently
* Strong attention to detail combined with clear and structured communication
* Fluent in English & German
