As a UI Design Chapter Lead I elevate visual excellence and uphold design consistency. I cultivate and grow our UI design community, strengthen collaboration and most importantly ensure that our products reflect a seamless, accessible, and brand-aligned visual language along the customer journey.
1. I lead the UI design chapter – build, guide and inspire our UI designers across multiple product teams
2. I raise the bar on design quality – define UI design standards, own the strategic direction and capability growth of the expertise
3. I drive UI design governance – evolve design guidelines, and ensure consistent application
4. I steer the digital brand management & design system – shape roadmaps and priorities
5. I balance leadership & craft – serve as a domain expert, thought leader and foster excellence by building and spreading best practices
6. I shape the design culture – foster knowledge sharing and innovation with the UI chapter
7. I collaborate cross-functionally – partner with UX design, user research and UX writing chapters as well as brand and business to create cohesive user experiences

8. At least 8 years of experience in UI / Visual Design with proven leadership in mentoring and developing designers
9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in user experience, media design, HCI, or interaction design
10. Proficiency in Figma (or similar) with deep expertise in design principles, systems, visual storytelling and accessibility.
11. Strong knowledge of digital content (readability, conciseness, graphics, SEO, WCAG) and user-centric approaches (target groups, scenarios, dialogues).
12. Experience in cross-functional teams, aligning user-centered thinking in agile contexts
13. Comfortable and competent to align user centered thinking in an agile working environment
14. Strong communication and stakeholder management
15. Fluent in English
