Your Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for implementing innovative technologies in our production processes
* Continuously optimise procedures to enhance efficiency and quality
* Specify technical components such as tanks, equipment, and piping
* Collaborate across disciplines with project management and technical departments
* Analyse technical issues and contribute significantly to improving plant availability
* Support projects worldwide, including on-site commissioning and process optimisation
Your Profile:
* Master's or Diploma degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in a similar role (e.g., R&D Engineer, Innovation Engineer, Technology Engineer, Process Engineer)
* A strong interest in both practical and scientific work
* Team player with analytical thinking and a structured working style
* Proficient in English, ideally with an additional foreign language
* Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
