And now have a new exciting opportunity at our new operation in Finland We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Automotive Testing Station Manager to lead operations at our vehicle proving ground in Muonio, Lapland. In this role, you will oversee daily test activities, manage a team of drivers and support staff, and ensure that customer projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. You will serve as the main point of contact for international premium automotive clients and play a central role in developing the station's testing capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for the performance of the testing stationLead and coordinate daily operations at the testing station, including scheduling, resource allocation, and customer supportAct as the primary liaison between customers, engineers, and internal teamsEnsure that all testing activities are carried out according to defined procedures, safety standards, and customer requirementsManage test drives, and training of personnelMonitor and report project progress, budgets, and performance indicatorsIdentify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of new testing servicesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsBudgeting and follow-up of the economy of the Station OperationQualifications RequiredProven leadership and people management skillsStrong background in the automotive industry (testing, engineering, or technical operations)Good, professional communication skills in English (spoken and written)Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environmentStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsValid EU/EEA driver's licensePreferred / AdvantageousPrior experience managing an automotive testing station, test centre, or technical facilityTechnical Education in engineering, mechanics, or related field.
