1. Lead and contribute to implementation science components of multidisciplinary global health diagnostics projects
2. Design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and mixed-methods studies (, interviews, focus groups, surveys) as well as stated-preference methods
3. Apply and advance implementation science frameworks, theories, and methodologies
4. Contribute to grant writing and disseminate findings through high-impact peer-reviewed publications and policy-oriented outputs
5. Supervise and mentor doctoral students and junior researchers; engage with international collaborators and stakeholders in diverse settings
6. PhD in public health, implementation science, social sciences, or a related discipline
7. Strong expertise in qualitative and mixed-methods research
8. Demonstrated experience in implementation science (frameworks, hybrid designs, or preference research)
9. Track record of peer-reviewed publications
10. Experience working in global health and/or resource-limited settings is highly desirable
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams
12. Excellent written and spoken English (German is an asset but not required)
