Job Description
We are seeking motivated people to join our test operations team. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to start or grow their career in semiconductor manufacturing.

* Testing and hand over the semiconductor devices within the prescribed timeframe to the logistics department in accordance to the production plan.
* Ensure the quality of tested products by following established internal procedures
* Building a stable setup to achieve the maximum possible yield. The reports can be shown in the production database “GYM “
* Test semiconductor devices using probers, handlers and manual test
* Operate, support, and optimize final and wafer test operations
* Work hands-on with ATE systems such as Advantest, Teradyne, and Cohu
* Maintain and improve test setups, probing systems, and hardware interfaces
* Create, analyze, and maintain wafer maps
* Support probe stations and wafer probers
* Perform basic machine and hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
Qualifications
* Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in ATE test operating and troubleshooting for complex production test setup
Must Have
* Practical experience with hardware or machine maintenance
* Strong troubleshooting mindset with a clear sense of ownership and accountability
* Ability to work flexible working hours
* Good oral and written command of English
Nice to Have
* Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne, Cohu)
* Hands-on experience with Accretech wafer probers
* Experience with ATE programming in C# or Visual Basic
* Knowledge of production flows in the semiconductor or electronics industry
* German language skills
