To strengthen our team in the area of Finance at the Trier plant, we are looking for an Assistant (m/f/d) in temporary employment for 2 years
Your job mission:
In this role, you will be supporting the Factory Finance Director in all managing, administrative and representative tasks. From the beginning you will be in charge of coordinating information flows in a wide network, prepare presentations on financial developments autonomously while also supporting routine business and administrative matters.

Your tasks:
* Support the Finance Director in daily activities, e.g. correspondence, presentations and travel planning
* Facilitate organizational matters relating to internal company work processes
* Organize meetings, conferences, seminars and training sessions
* Coordinate ad-hoc queries with focus on administrative tasks, pro-actively manage projects cross-functionally
* PR/PO Management – raise purchase requisitions, follow up on PO creation and keep track on delivery schedules and invoice settlements
* Support Product Cost Controlling team in daily business – perform standard cost calculation and maintenance, provide transfer prices
* Contact person for training and development plans within the Factory Finance Department
Your profile:
* Relevant educational background: Commercial education (m/f/d)
* Practical experience: First experiences in a comparable position
* Valuable knowledge: Financial background preferable
* Special strengths: Sound knowledge of software applications, mainly MS Office and SAP and proficient language skills in German and English
* Suitable personality: Open minded and positive attitude, strong social competencies, excellent communication and presentation skills
