Your Role
As a Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer, you will take ownership of our electronic hardware development, from concept and design to production and validation. Key Responsibilities✓ Lead the design and development of electronic hardware systems, including PCB layouts, power supply architectures, and wiring harnesses for missiles and launchers✓ Select and integrate components such as processors, MCUs, and System-on-Modules (SoMs)✓ Manage the end-to-end hardware development process, incl. coordination with external manufacturing partners✓ Bring up, test, and validate hardware in the lab environment✓ Ensure compliance with EMC standards and support certification processes
Your Profile✓ Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field✓ Proven experience in modern PCB design and electronic hardware development✓ Strong knowledge of ARM processors, microcontrollers, and real-time embedded computing platforms✓ Familiarity with common communication interfaces (e.g. ethernet, serial interfaces)✓ Understanding of EMC principles and compliance processes is a plus✓ Structured, independent working style and strong problem-solving skills✓ Citizenship of an EU or NATO member state (excluding the United States)✓ Fluent in English and German
