Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
* You will assist with the creation, assignment, and status maintenance of project tasks in Excel and SharePoint
* You will help with the ongoing updating of tasks, including status, due date, responsible parties, and references
* You will follow up on open items and assist in creating and assigning new tasks
* You will ensure the quality of project data, assist in ensuring completeness, timeliness, and consistency, and help with the structured archiving of project documents in SAP

Your qualifications and experience:
* You are already in your second bachelor semester and you are studying medical technology/engineering or an other technical/IT subject
* You are at least for one year available
* You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Outlook and Teams
* You have good skills in using Excel (especially filters and formulas) and you have at least basic skills with SharePoint (particularly lists and folder structures)
Your attributes and skills:
* You communicate confidently in English; German language skills are a plus
* You work in a structured, reliable manner and with a high degree of thoroughness
* You have high quality standards - you implement processes and documentation carefully and conscientiously
* You communicate clearly and purposefully and actively contribute to the team
