We are currently seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join ourStrategic & Global Procurement department at our headquarters in Mannheimfor 15 hours/week.
Ihre Aufgaben
* Procurement operational support
* Researching possible new suppliers and support with document preparation
* Support with cost calculation for various sourcing scenarios
* Support with quality and compliance qualification and re-qualification of suppliers
* Support with tender preparation, management and follow-up
* Follow-up on supplier meetings / calls
* Data management and support with supplier performance analysis
Ihr Profil
* You are studying industrial engineering, operations management, economics, business administration or a related field
* You have a technical mindset and high affinity for processes and data
* You have a self-responsible and structured way of working
* You have a good level of written and spoken English
* You are very confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
* You enjoy varied tasks and show commitment
* You are eager to learn and develop your skills
* Initial practical experience in the field of procurement is a plus
