About the role: As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our data strategies and unlocking insights that drive impactful decisions across the organization. Leading complex analytical initiatives, you’ll work closely with a team of data professionals, ensuring data solutions align with business goals. About your tasks: Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and Databricks to address company-wide analytical needs. Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards for actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data analytics with strategic objectives. Perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the analytics team. About you: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field. 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, with a strong record of leading analytics projects. Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, including building scalable and efficient semantic models and hands on experience with Databricks. Solid programming skills in Python and SQL, combined with strong statistical and numerical analysis capabilities. Effective communicator and natural leader, passionate about mentoring others and translating complex data insights into strategic business impact across teams.
