You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. The job As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing some of Shipping Solutions most important liner customers in Europe. These accounts represent a significant share of the company’s business and require a professional who combines strong commercial sales experience with solid industry knowledge from container liner shipping. We are looking for a candidate who understands both sides of the role: how to build, grow, and retain strategic customer relationships, and how to navigate the realities of liner network dynamics. In this role, you will act as a trusted commercial partner to the customer, leading service contract negotiations, identifying network and logistics solutions, uncovering growth opportunities, and ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction while safeguarding profitability. You will work closely with colleagues across Operations, Customer Excellence, Finance, and Commercial to ensure strong internal alignment and seamless delivery across the feeder network.
