Tasks
We’re looking for a Head of eCommerce Operations (m/f/d) to shape and scale our end-to-end logistics in a post-merger setup. Drive performance, lead partners and build seamless, cost-efficient operations that deliver an outstanding customer experience.
1. Lead and scale cross-border eCommerce operations across transport, hubs, fulfilment and returns, including quality and process management.
2. Own end-to-end parcel flows across the logistics network—from warehouse to last mile—covering linehaul, customs clearance and delivery.
3. Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement, automation and data-driven decision-making.
4. Monitor and steer performance using clear KPIs (e.g. delivery speed, service levels, cost efficiency and quality).
5. Build and manage strong logistics partner networks to ensure reliable, scalable and cost-efficient operations.
6. Ensure operational readiness for new customers and services, while identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enable sustainable growth and compliance.

Requirements
7. 7–10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operational environments; degree in a related field preferred.
8. Proven leadership experience in parcel and/or operational logistics.
9. Strong end-to-end understanding of transport, fulfilment, air cargo, hubs/warehousing and parcel networks.
10. Experience leveraging technology, automation and data to scale operations and drive performance improvements.
11. Track record in managing logistics partners, optimizing processes and steering performance with strong analytical skills.
12. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong stakeholder management, logistics IT know-how; fluent English required (German a plus), willingness to travel.
