1. Project planning & project controlling (time, cost and resource planning, payment milestones, status reporting)
2. Coordinating the implementation of the project plan in accordance with the project delivery process using the applicable templates, incl. Configuration Management, Action Item Tracking, Change, Claim, Subcontractor Management
3. Communication with customers and coordination of the derived actions
4. Preparation, coordination and follow-up of meetings and acceptances (CDR, FAT, SAT) incl. travel planning (project team and customers)
5. Interface to the departments involved in the project
6. Quality assurance, preparation and follow-up of Quality Gates
Key Qualifications
7. Completed commercial vocational training or business management studies
8. First professional experience in project management or Project Management Office
9. Strong team and communication skills
10. Problem-solving ability, analytical skills, independent and diligent working style
11. Goal and result orientation (project-oriented work, adherence to milestones, catching peaks)
12. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
13. Willingness to develop towards project management in the future
