1. Drive sales performance and revenue growth across all channels
2. Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies
3. Lead and manage key partnerships (Tour Operators, OTAs, GSAs, airline partners)
4. Own and close high-impact negotiations and contracts
5. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
6. Lead cross-functional projects to optimize sales processes
7. Act as key interface between internal teams and external partners
8. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
9. Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings

Requirements
10. University degree in Business, Aviation, or related field
11. Strong experience in airline / travel / B2B commercial environment
12. Proven track record in negotiation, contracting, and key account management
13. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with execution focus
14. Excellent English and German communication skills
15. High level of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset
16. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
17. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
