Job Opportunity: HR Administrative Specialist

* Prepare all documents and processes related to the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, addendums, certificates, absences, etc.
* Be responsible for inputting and maintaining employee data in our HR systems.
* Serve as an expert in social security, labor laws, tax regulations, immigration, internal rules, and answer employee or employer queries.
* Establish relationships with key stakeholders, such as Social Security, CNS, and CAE.
* Review and adapt policies to new requirements and communicate changes to relevant parties (employees, employers).
* Participate in HR transformation projects to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
* Key Skills: Strong knowledge of Luxembourgish law, MS Office tools, and SAP software.
* Languages: Fluency in English and French, with German and Luxembourgish being an asset.
