Overview:

Overall responsibility for management of customer bids in the system and solution business and for ensuring a professional bid management approach.
Gesamtverantwortung für Angebotsprojekte im System- und Lösungsgeschäft und stellt ein professionelles Bid Management sicher. Schwerpunktaufgaben:

Responsibilities:

• Manage bids and guides all bids to a bid decision within the agreed timelines
• Entrepreneurial responsibility for timely, economical, and high-quality proposal preparation up to contract signature
• Adherence to the approval process at all management levels
• Project planning (determining bid costs, resource requirements, and creating a schedule for proposal preparation)
• Ensure bid compliance with internal governance and applicable procurement regulations
• Steuert Angebotsprojekte und führt im Rahmen der vereinbarten Durchlaufzeiten alle Bid´s zu einer Bid-Entscheidung
• Unternehmerische Verantwortung für die termingerechte, wirtschaftliche und qualitative Angebotserstellung bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung
• Sicherstellen des Freigabeprozesses auf allen Management Ebenen
• Projektplanerstellung (Ermittlung der Angebotskosten, des Ressourcenbedarfes und Erstellung der Terminplanung für die Angebotserstellung)
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Compliance Richtlinien und der gültigen Einkaufsregelwerke

Requirements:

• Expertise in commercial structuring for complex technology solutions
• Knowledge of UC solutions and systems integration models
• Ability to manage multi-party projects and contractual complexity
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with risk assessment and compliance processes.
• Fachwissen im Bereich der kommerziellen Strukturierung komplexer Technologielösungen
• Kenntnisse über UC-Lösungen und Systemintegrationsmodelle
• Fähigkeit, Projekte mit mehreren Beteiligten und komplexen Verträgen zu verwalten
• Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management und in der Kommunikation
• Vertrautheit mit Risikobewertungs- und Compliance-Prozessen.

Additional Skills:

• Bilingual - German / English proficiency at the business standard required.
