Director of Retail Channel Strategy
Drive growth in our retail channel by developing and executing a strategy that focuses on Grocery & Discount channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Channel Leadership: Own the commercial direction of the Grocery and Discount channels.
* Customer Engagement: Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with broader commercial goals.
* Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account executives.
* Pricing and Revenue Optimization: Own sales forecast, gross margins, trade spends, promotional budgets, and revenue targets per customer.
* Negotiation Excellence: Lead annual negotiations with local and regional customers, including buying groups.
* Retailer Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with top retailers.
