A leading multinational company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Product Compliance Subject Matter Expert to strengthen its internal function.
Your Role
* Ensure strong governance and enforcement of product compliance across the organization.
* Design, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the adhesives product portfolio.
* Uphold regulatory standards across all product lines in coordination with global compliance leadership.
* Perform independent reviews and evaluations to confirm adherence to product compliance standards.
* Plan and carry out compliance audits to measure the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and control mechanisms.
* Partner with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives to ensure data architecture and digital solutions meet compliance requirements.
* Develop and deliver training programs on product compliance, fostering the right mindset and best practices.
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
* 5+ years’ experience in Audit, Consulting, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or similar functions.
* Strong project management capabilities and conceptual skills, including knowledge of data architecture.
* Excellent analytical skills, including data visualization, and a solid understanding of quality and risk management principles.
* Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* Fluent in German and English.
