Region NCE < Sales Offshore < Sales Offshore North & East Europe
Sales Offshore, NCE is responsible for all sales related activities from early engagement, to bidding and negotiation until hand-over to Construction upon securing a contract. The wider team consists of a diverse group of engaged employees covering the geographic offshore regions in NCE alongside a team that provides bid management and sales support to the sales region.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the technical side of the bidding process to ensure competitive and risk-balanced offers
2. Co-steer customer negotiations on construction, technical, HSE, and QA aspects of the Turbine Supply Agreement
3. Partner with the Senior Sales Manager to manage the customer interface throughout the sales cycle
4. Coordinate internal planning, progress tracking, and reporting across all negotiation workstreams
5. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, supporting subject matter experts in contractual discussions
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify risks, ensure legal alignment, and address technical issues
7. Review and align customer requirements, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
8. Extensive technical background in a relevant field, combined with solid commercial business understanding
9. Familiarity with the technical and contractual complexities of offshore wind projects
10. Demonstrated experience in technical negotiations for large, complex projects
11. Knowledge of the Yellow FIDIC Book would be beneficial
12. Master’s degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent project management experience
13. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
