About the role As our Senior Media Manager you will: Develop and implement media strategies and plans in collaboration with internal marketing teams and media partners. Manage the annual and quarterly planning cycle, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones. Serve as the operational lead and main point of contact for day-to-day agency management. Coordinate and review cross-channel media and audience plans for product launches and marketing campaigns. Optimize media investment and channel mix using planning and analysis tools. Identify new areas for testing and work with Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to follow frameworks and attribution models. Provide regular strategic reviews and updates on media innovations, technology developments, and measurement trends. Support category and digital marketing teams in optimizing integrated plans, enhancing value and efficiency. Drive audience planning, connecting audience insights to agency planning tools and integrating owner data. Establish strong relationships with Commercial teams and the CoE to identify common opportunities and challenges. About you To succeed in the role, we expect you to have: At least six years of media planning experience in an agency or in-house client role. Proficiency in planning and buying across key media channels (TV, Print, OOH, Programmatic Display & Video, Social & Search). Ability to interrogate and ensure local market plans meet brand and demand objectives. Experience in media analysis and interpretation of planning tools and results, including data-driven attribution and media-mix modelling. Strong expertise in media and audience planning, creative development, and ad operations processes. Ability to recommend strategic opportunities and innovations, staying ahead of trends. Highly organized, process-driven, with great attention to detail. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. Excellent project management skills and ability to build relationships across functions and with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills.
