Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
This part-time position involves the organization and administration of all aspects of the Graduate Research Training Group, including financial accounting, preparation of financial statements/reports, business travel arrangements, and applications for student/research assistants.
The successful candidate will work closely with the scientific coordinator and management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Financial planning and budgeting
* Preparation of reports and presentations
* Coordination of events and meetings
* Human resources and personnel management
Requirements:
* A completed vocational training in administration or business (e.g., administrative assistant, office management) or equivalent experience in a similar role
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
