At this moment, we are looking for an ICS Infrastructure Specialist at our ECO3 production site in Wiesbaden, Germany.
The ICS Infrastructure Specialist manages, coordinates, and supports the Wiesbaden manufacturing site on all ICS-related activities including information provision (application-related) and ICS infrastructure domains. Support
Make sure the critical manufacturing site support is covered for ICS matters on a 24/7 basis
Problem management: find root causes and start actions for future prevention and optimize support effort
Analyse, describe and implement best-practice ICS infrastructure solutions within a global context for manufacturing-related processes
Act as 'key contact' for all ICS related external suppliers including the management of contracts, contract negotiations, contract performance and compliance and issues associated with finance and payment
Monitor ICS issues on the Wiesbaden site and global issues affecting Wiesbaden, ensuring the correct competency centres are involved where necessary and liaising with the ICS/Service Managers on escalations
Arrange for third-party support where necessary, in a cost-effective way to ensure support standards are maintained in accordance with business requirements and defined SLAs
Projects
Involvement in infrastructure related projects for Wiesbaden where required
Define business requirements in coordination with the Wiesbaden business for Wiesbaden infrastructure related projects and give guidance to developers where appropriate for local application developments
Regional IT - Europe
Provide support during escalations and act as the primary contact with the external service providers
Assist in regional infrastructure projects and workplace related initiatives
Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or computer science
