What will you do with us?
* You are responsible for repositioning Hilton Berlin, including two new restaurant outlets.
* You are responsible for the commercial alignment of Hilton Berlin and its top-line performance.
* You have overall responsibility for leading all commercial departments such as Sales, Marketing, Groups & Event Sales, Reservations, Revenue & PR.
* You will develop and implement business strategies in line with our corporate objectives.
* You will monitor the performance of all commercial activities using KPIs and prepare corresponding reports for management and owners.
* You are responsible for positively increasing RevPAR performance and continuously growing market share.
* You will work cross-functionally and be part of the Executive Team.
* You know how to inspire, train, and develop your team in an engaging way.
* Build strong partnerships and networks with local and international partners, Hilton Worldwide Sales & Revenue Team, and the Hilton Regional Support Team.
