The global energy industry is in transition, experiencing fundamental change, at pace. Climate change, sustainability agenda, rapid growth in renewable energy, continual technological breakthroughs, and geo-political developments are all driving this energy transition. Majority of the players in the industry are transforming their business model and operations to manage this transition and stay ahead of the curve.
You act as a trusted advisor for our Global Energy customers to work with them in defining, realizing, and optimizing their digital transformation journeys across the globe.
YOUR PROFILE
* Work experience as an SAP Business Consultant, with a focus on business processes more than the IT solution
* Good understanding of trends in the Energy Industry
* Experience in working with customers on their Sustainability agenda would be a plus
* Experience in being part of large SAP transformation programs
* Good project management and leadership experience in heterogeneous and international environments
* Good knowledge of and affinity to IT trends and topics
* Experience in C-suite leaders communication
* Broad knowledge of SAP’s strategy, the latest product portfolio (SAP S/4HANA, cloud and related solutions) and their impact on business strategies
* Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture projects, SAP related architecture and roadmap assessments
* Basic knowledge of innovation topics such as Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, IoT, and Machine Learning
* Constructive and open style of communication as a team player
* Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or a related discipline
* Excellent English and German language skills
