As a Junior Payment Operations Assistant, you support the smooth execution of our daily payment processes. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates who want to start their career in Finance or Payment Operations and develop step by step within an international e-commerce environment.
Support the resolution of payment-related issues in collaboration with senior team members
Completed commercial training (e.g. kaufmännische Ausbildung ) or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
First practical experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or Payment Operations (e.g. internship or working student role) is a plus
Comfortable working with Excel and financial systems
Hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Fluent in German and confident in basic English
