In our company, your core responsibilities include: Supporting our Silicon Photonics Wafer Probe System product line for existing and future customers. Work interactively with customers to understand the complexities of their application challenges and formulate solutions independently and through collaboration with our engineering teams. Solid ability to understand and document customer requirements and deliverables, and to translate these into engineering requirements. Collaborate with our internal engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to resolve production, technical, and operational challenges. Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. Create content and deliver technical overviews, demos, seminars, and workshops for clients, fellow engineers and/or Sales. Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible client pain points, expectations, and implicit needs. Identifies the right client stakeholders and builds connections quickly to drive consensus for design wins; works cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for success. Brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex client challenges. What you should bring with you: Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or a similar field. At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar field of activity desirable, ideally in Silicon Photonics and/or semiconductor test. Solid background in optics or Silicon Photonics. Direct experience with electronics lab equipment and procedures such as Tunable Laser Source, Polarization Synthesizers, Optical Power Meters. Experience in semiconductor testers such as Advantest or Teradyne is a great plus. Desired experience: familiarity with testing technologies from single fibers to arrays, and from vertical coupling to edge coupling, autonomous calibration and re-calibration at multiple temperatures. Detail-oriented work, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, customer orientation and good teamwork skills. A valid EU driver's license Full professional proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing. Good knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
