In our Program Services team, you will work at the intersection of faculty, the Dean of Programs and other study-facing departments like Student Services, Admissions and the Library. Your focus will be on the organization, further development and quality assurance of our study programs. Full-time (40 hours/week), part-time may be possible | Start Date: September 1, 2025 | Initial 2-year contract with option for permanent employment | Up to 50% remote work possible Your Responsibilities You plan and coordinate our study programs - in close c ollaboration with internal faculty, external guest lecturers, and students. You organize and implement the curriculum: from scheduling and course planning to room booking s. You contribute to the ongoing development and quality assurance of our programs and curricula. You advise students on study-related issues, for example at our cross-departmental Student Info Point. You support the organization and administration of exams and issue study certificates. You maintain and update content in our campus management system and Moodle. You prepare data for internal reporting and statistical purposes. You contribute ideas and content for the marketing of our programs - such as for websites and brochures.
