We’re expanding our EMEA Program Management Team and are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager (m/f/d) who thrives in cross-functional environments and wants to make an impact across a global business.
Tasks As a key member of our international Program Management Team, you’ll report directly to our Senior Director, Program Management in Los Angeles, CA and work across global teams, spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Business.
Your mission: take the lead on complex, cross-functional projects from strategy to execution, helping drive delivery and innovation across our platforms.
Develop detailed project plans and manage cross-project dependencies
Coordinate international teams, working across time zones in EMEA, and the US
Facilitate agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) and ensure timely, quality delivery
Business-fluent German and English skills
~3+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager with independent responsibility for leading large, cross-functional, or company-wide programs involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
~ Experience in international companies or working across time zones is a major plus
