Collaborate with team members to make final decisions on local system variations within the Group Division Logistics/Customization. Lead and implement improvement and investment projects to meet long-term business objec-tives. Evaluate, plan, and execute complex business improvement or CAPEX investment projects, with a strong focus on logistics systems, in line with Belimo's growth strategy. Develop and enhance the knowledge and training skills of process responsible and key users through a 'train the trainer' approach. Maintain and create training documentation for process responsible and key users. Analyze processes, systems, and applications weaknesses on a global level. Coordinate global change requests and oversee release planning. Ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication between Business and IT organizations. Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment Who You Are Bachelor's degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Process Management or Logistics. > 5 years of experience in logistics system management. Extensive SAP know-how in EWM, SD, TMS, MM, PP. Project experience in interdisciplinary, international teams in an industrial environment Deep understanding of global logistics systems, processes, and applications. Fluency in English is mandatory, good German language skills are also required Proficiency in managing change requests and overseeing release planning.
