Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share in Europe.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Promote and sell our UPS systems to data center sector and other industries in Europe.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients to ensure our solutions meet their operational needs.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
