A Service Planner will be responsible for coordinating customer enquiries and scheduling service work for technicians.
* Coordinating customer calls by phone and email.

* Communicating with customers about service offers and agreements.
* Managing customer expectations regarding technician availability.
* Proactively chasing up quotations for visits to achieve high utilisation levels.
* Assisting customers with identifying parts and resolving technical issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, fluency in English and French, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication skills.
