* Define and optimize end-to-end financial processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) within the SAP environment.
* Lead and optimize the integration between SAP S/4HANA Finance and peripheral systems and interfaces (e.g., Circular…).
* Set-up for global reporting standards for the Group consolidation including P&L, Balance and Cashflow Statements
* Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Group Accounting, Treasury, and the IT Technical team to ensure data integrity and process harmony.
* Responsible for User Acceptance Testing, training documentation, and the rollout of new financial functionalities across global entities.
* Ensure all SAP finance processes adhere to internal controls (SOX), local statutory requirements, and IFRS/GAAP standards.
* Distinct customer and service orientation towards both internal and external parties

* Excellent command of spoken and written in German and English
* Excellent computer skills in MS Office.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or a related field.
* 5 years of work experience in Finance or Controlling with expertise in global accounting standards (HGB, US-Gaap, IFRS)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance roles
* Proven track record of at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
* Expert-level knowledge of **SAP FI** (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking)
* Proficiency in BI system (SAP Analytics, Power BI…)
* Advanced skill in communicating technical SAP constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working in multi-currency, multi-national environments with a sensitivity to localized fiscal requirements.
