Ihre Aufgaben:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the entire hiring process and beyond
* Manage a high volume of applications for various technical roles (e.g., Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Architects), including processing and tracking, monitoring candidate assessment results, and updating the candidate management database
* Responsible for the end-to-end candidate interview process, scheduling and coordinating interview days, working closely together with the interviewers and the Management Team
* Set up and manage headhunters who will support the candidate search for more senior technical roles
* Proactively build applicant pipelines to meet current and future business needs and maintain relationships with past candidates for future opportunities
* Analyze recruiting stats and provide reporting to the Management Team
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* University degree, ideally on Master level
* Relevant experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, gained at a tech company, consultancy, or executive search firm, with a focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring highly talented individuals
* Proficiency in relevant tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Avature), MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Affinity for reports, data, and systems, with an eagerness to work with our system configurations and to adapt them to the needs
* Strong knowledge of marketplace trends and recruiting processes for assessing tech talent
* Persuasive personality with the confidence to manage the full lifecycle of our candidates
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* International experience advantageous
