The Role
As our Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will be reporting to the Human Resources Director for Germany and Cluster DACH. This exciting opportunity will come with the responsibility of managing and driving the compensation and benefits agenda in Germany in line with global Imperial Brands compensation and benefits guidelines.
Principle Accountabilities
1. Pension Plans and Early Retirements
2. Tariff Policy
3. Share Schemes
4. Payroll & HR Operations
Skills and Experience Required
1. Proven experience in the field of compensation & benefits
2. People leadership skills
3. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
4. Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal)
