Ihre Aufgaben
1. The identification of cellular biomarkersthat identify immune response signatures to therapeutic agents in real life scenarios
2. Establishing a systems immunology knowledge level of complex immune-cancer interactions
3. Developing multiplexed antibody panels and omplementing them on human cancer samples
4. Single cell sequencing
5. Writing scientific papers in German and/ or English
6. The use of state-of-the-art high-dimensional cytometry techniques, such as mass and spectral cytometry, as well as state-of-the-art multiplexed immunohistochemistry, combined with bioinformatics and advanced biostatistics
Ihr Profil
7. Scientific university degree (diploma or master's) in a natural science field of study
8. Affinity for Immunology
9. Interest in high-dimensional and single cell technologies pushing the boundaries of research through technology-driven applications
10. Experience with high dimension data analysis, bioinformatics and biostatistics
11. You’re flexible, independent and a team-player
12. You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
