We are hiring a Head of Sales (m/f/d) to lead and scale the CRM & Digital Consulting sales business of a fast-growing technology consultancy. This role is ideal for senior sales leaders from IT consulting firms or CRM platform vendors who understand enterprise CRM transformations, consultative selling, and long-term client partnerships.While the role can be performed fully remotely within Germany, candidates based in or around Munich are strongly preferred to support close collaboration with leadership, clients, and partners.Your Role & ImpactDefine and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for CRM and digital transformation consulting servicesLead, coach, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales teamDrive new logo acquisition and strategic account growth within large enterprise clientsBuild trusted C-level relationships with customers and technology partnersOwn complex, long-cycle, consultative sales processes from discovery through contract closureIdentify market trends across CRM, SaaS, and digital transformation to expand service offeringsCollaborate closely with consulting, delivery, and executive leadershipYour Background (Must-Have Signals)5+ years of sales leadership experience in IT or digital consultingProven track record selling CRM consulting services, implementations, or transformation programsStrong exposure to at least one major CRM ecosystem: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics SAP CX, C/4HANAExperience working for a consulting firm, system integrator, or CRM vendor/partnerSuccess selling to enterprise-level clients in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsAutomotive industry exposure is a strong plusNo pure in-house or internal sales backgroundYour ProfileFluent German (C1+) and strong EnglishStrategic, hands‑on sales leader with strong closing abilityExcellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presenceDeep understanding of CRM platforms, SaaS, and enterprise digital transformationWhat's on OfferLead and shape the CRM consulting sales function with significant strategic impactDirect reporting line to the CEOCompetitive base salary + commission + benefitsRemote‑first role within Germany, with preference for candidates in the Munich areaLong‑term career growth in a dynamic, consultancy‑driven organizationInterested?
