Primary point of contact for employees and managers for all administrative HR-related inquiries throughout the entire employee lifecycle Responsible for complete HR administration from onboarding to offboarding Preparation, maintenance, and administration of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other HR documents Maintenance, administration, and updating of personnel files and employee data in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HR systems Participation in external meetings (e.g., audits, external auditors, professional associations) including preparation and follow-up Administrative collaboration with the Works Council, e.g., regarding hearings, transfers, and individual personnel measures Point of contact for external parties regarding all HR‑related and employee‑related topics Preparation of HR reports and analyses (e.g., from SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) Maintenance of HR documentation and administration of content on the HR intranet Support of the HR team in day‑to‑day operations and with administrative requests Coordination and support of onboarding for new employees as well as participation in the HR Welcome Day Contribution to the further development, standardization, and optimization of HR processes Participation in HR projects including responsibility for defined work packages Execution of special tasks, e.g., support for HR events or HR meetings Assignment “Payroll Coordinator” Coordination, execution, and assurance of the monthly payroll in compliance with all legal requirements and relevant SOX controls Maintenance and monitoring of time management to ensure consistent, correct, and payroll‑relevant data quality Participation in external payroll‑related meetings (e.g., external auditors, tax advisors, professional associations) including structured preparation and follow‑up Management of payroll‑relevant interfaces (e.g., HR, Controlling, external audit bodies) and ensuring smooth data and process flows Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all payroll‑related inquiries Continuous optimization of payroll processes, interfaces, and data flows Sparring partner to the Head of HR on payroll topics with a strong focus on data quality, compliance, and process reliability Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in operational HR covering the full employee lifecycle Solid experience in HR administration (hire to retire) Very good knowledge of SAP HCM and ideally SAP SuccessFactors German language skills at a minimum of C1 level and English language skills at a minimum of B2 level Strong knowledge of labor law, social security law, and payroll tax regulations Proven experience in payroll processing and cooperation with external partners (e.g. tax advisors, auditors, social security institutions) Experience with time management / time tracking systems and payroll-relevant data Strong experience in preparing HR reports and data analyses Knowledge of SOX controls, compliance requirements, and process documentation is a plus Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel Experience in HR process optimization and participation in HR projects
