Strategic Talent Liaison
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Talent Liaison to join our Human Resources team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning talent strategy with business objectives, working closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, champion HR processes, and ensure compliance with local legislation.
This individual will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance to line management, conducting regular meetings with business units to address needs and challenges, resolving complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations, and providing day-to-day performance management support to leadership.
